​Athletic Communications/Support (Part-Time/Seasonal)

Duties Include:
  • Gathering various information that is pertinent to all of our schools, conferences and associations. 
  • Updating Reports/Forms (Ex. Nomination forms, online surveys, etc) 
  • Sending out mass emails to client groups (Coaches, Small Businesses, Online Customers, etc.) 
  • Social Media Management (for NFP & it's clients) 
  • Work Location: Remote 
  • Compensation Options are Hourly or Stipend (Range: $10,000-$24,000) 
  • Minimal Travel Required
Qualifications:
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace and other standard business apps. 
  • Must have access to a computer, mobile phone and strong internet connection on a consistent basis. 
  • Must have a background in high school sports or high school sports media. 
  • Must be willing to work nights & weekends. 
  • Availability: Immediate

Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Duties Include: 
  • Manage inbound communication (calls and messages into the NFP office & received virtually)
  • Updating Sales & Production Reports (Online Sales Trackers, In-Field Sales Reports, etc.) 
  • Filing (Physical paperwork and digital files)
  • Fulfillment (Product Orders, Fundraising Orders, etc.)  
  • Bookkeeping 
  • Accounts Receivable/Payable
  • Work Location: Flex (Combination of In Office & Remote) 
  • Compensation: $16-$20/Hour
Qualifications:
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace and other standard business apps. 
  • Must have working knowledge of Quickbooks 
  • Must have 2+ years experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable 
  • Availability: Immediate
  • Works with Owner, Project Manager & Sales Team
